# Epic (Hottlet Frozen Foods) Epic is a Belgian wholesaler and importer of frozen fish and seafood, supplying business customers in Belgium and across the rest of Europe. Epic is the seafood brand of Hottlet Frozen Foods NV and also trades under the name Epic Select. The company has more than fifty years of experience in sourcing and distributing frozen seafood and runs its own continuous deep-freeze distribution centre in Kontich, Belgium, with 4,500 pallet positions. Epic is a wholesaler and importer, not a producer, and does not sell directly to consumers. It supplies foodservice distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hospitality (horeca) and the food industry. It publicly displays its certifications on epic.be: IFS Logistics and IFS Broker for storage, distribution and trading, AEO for cross-border customs security, and MSC and ASC for the references from sustainably managed wild fisheries and responsible aquaculture that carry those labels.
